Progetto Atlantide organize a long distance exursion with two dives to the island of Marettimo. Between the first one and the second dive the divers and passengers have free time to visit the village (one hour) to stretch their the legs and, who wants, to eat a sandwich.

Punta Bassana
(scuba and apnea for experienced)

Typology: pursuance of a rock to peak on the sea

Fauna: possible any meeting, dentex, two bended bream, zebra seabream, forkbird ect.

Fauna sessile: sea fun different colours, sponges, curly of various kind, sea stars of various kind, formations corals of different kind, etc.

Recommended for: advanced levels

Difficulty: possible strong current also in depth

Pinnacole Cammello
(Scuba)

Typology: Pinnacle with wall and slipped of stones

Fauna: permanent and well visible groupers, dentex and bended bream, murene of big dimensions.

Recommended for: all the levels with experience

Difficulty: anybody

Maximum depth: -36 meters

Cathedral
(Scuba)

Typology: submarine pursuance of the coast, Cave with entry to -29 meters. The cave is characterized by different rooms of which only two will be visited during our dive. The rooms are characterized from enormous stalactites that makes to appear the cave as a surreal cathedral.

Fauna: possible meetings with races, groupers, forkbird, lobsters, conger eel

Fauna sessile: sponges and some sea fun

Recommended for: advanced levels

Difficulty: possible tide in descent, the dive develops a lot him inside the cave that even though very ample it is always also a closed hollow above and that it doesn't admit any carelessness. Besides the fund you/he/she is constituted by sandy sediment that lifts him creating suspension to the least movement.
